1. Belief: We all know that nothing is possible if you do not believe that you can achieve your goals. Many people set goals for themselves that they do not truly believe that they will be able to reach. 2. Action: Regardless of how much you believe you want to be thin; you can never reach your weight loss goals unless you are willing to start taking action. If you continue eating the same foods and sitting on the couch watching television; then you can forget about losing the weight that you want to.
3. Realistic Goals: This is important because if you fail to set realistic goals that you can reach; then chances are you are not going to reach your weight loss goals. Many people who say that they want to lose weight; want it to come off overnight and what they fail to realize is that it takes time to see the results from their hard work; however as long as you are willing to keep working towards your goals then you will eventually see them become a reality.
