Best exercise to lose weight is the 15 degree incline walking. Now you may be thinking I walk every morning; this is great and you should still continue doing that. However if you want to lose weight quickly then you need to begin walking uphill. I am sure that there are some places in your home town that you can go to that will allow you to begin walking uphill.

If you do not have any hills then you can easily find a treadmill that will allow you to begin your 15 degree incline walking. I myself do not like treadmills and will go outside; unless the weather is cold and rainy.

So your next question is how long do I have to walk uphill? You want to continue your uphill walk at least 20 minutes for 5 days a week. Eventually you will begin to tell a difference in the way that you look and feel. Not to mention that the calves and muscles in your legs will become more developed and you are going to love the way that you look. Or you can try losing weight running to begin noticing a difference as well.

As long as you get out from in front of the television you will notice a difference in the way that you look and feel.
