Eat More Lose Weight
Gone are the days when we were told to cut down on our eating. As a matter of fact if you are still eating only 3 meals a day; then it is time to learn the truth about how to eat more to lose weight. Regardless of what type of diet plan you are following unless it is advising you to eat more; then you could be wasting your time.
I am not talking about eating more pizza or hamburgers or other types of greasy food that is responsible for putting the extra pounds on your waistline. However I am talking about learning how to eat the types of food that are meant to provide your body with the nutrients it requires while burning calories.
Several studies have been performed over the years and after extensive studies the results finally came back that our bodies require more food not less to lose weight. This is great because this prevents people who go on crash diets or other types of diets to stop starving themselves.
We know that people who try to lose weight quickly always fail to get the weight off or keep it off. The main reason this occurs is because they fail to provide their bodies with the nutrients that it needs to lose weight and keep it off.
For example: Imagine going camping with family and friends and there are two fires burning on both sides of the camp. Fire A they are feeding the fire small pieces of wood and have a nice little stack of wood so that they can keep the fire going. Fire B has decided to find 6 big pieces of wood and hopes to keep the fire going with just those pieces of wood. Which fire do you think is going to burn down first?
This is how our bodies work; when we fail to constantly feed it the right types of food then it begins to go into starvation mode. You never want your body to begin starving because it will then begin storing more food as fat; because it has no idea when it will be fed nutrients again.
