Most people who are trying to lose weight dread the fact that they have to change their diet. All the foods that they have been eating on a regular basis have to be replaced with diet foods that are nutritious and tasty. This is actually why many people dread the fact of trying to lose weight.

People tend to think that just because they are trying to lose weight that they have to eat foods that are bland and that have no taste. 1. Tomatoes: With the warm whether coming around very quickly you will be able to find some nice juicy red tomatoes on sale. They are a great way to give your body the lycopene, Vitamins A and C that it requires. Not to mention that you can serve them with almost any meal that you eat.

2. Strawberries: Almost everyone loves to eat strawberries but not many people realize that they are filled with Vitamin C, Vitamin K and manganese, folic acid, potassium, copper and omega-3 fatty acids.
