Avoid These Weight Gain Diet Foods
If you are trying to lose weight; then there are some weight gain diet foods that should definitely stay off your menu. We all know that certain foods can cause us to put on extra weight. This is great if you are trying to build up muscle and gain some weight; but since you are trying to lose weight I wanted to provide you a list of some of the foods that you never want to include in your diet.
This does not mean that you can not eat or drink of the foods on this page; however if you do decide to consume them then you want to make sure that you do it in moderation. We all know that an excess of anything can cause us harm; and in this case it will cause you to gain weight.
1. Milk (3 Glasses)
Milk is loaded with protein that is designed to help us put on extra muscle mass. If you are going to drink some milk in the mornings then switch from whole milk to a skim milk or even 2%. I personally drink 2% because I have found that I can not stand the taste of skim milk.
2. Breads
White breads are an excellent source for causing us to mess up our diets. If you can not stand NOT eating breads then try choosing wheat or oat breads rather than eating the white breads.
3. Beverages
Avoid the beverages that are filled with caffeine. Unfortunately those Cokes or Pepsis that you enjoy drinking during lunch are filled with caffeine. The caffeinated beverages causes our bodies to store fat so instead of picking up the soft drinks you should begin drinking more water to help you lose weight.
Of course if you are trying to gain weight; then you would want to do the opposite of what it takes to lose weight.
