2. Set Realistic Goals: It is easy to set a goal and believe that we can reach it; however if you set unrealistic goals; chances are you will not reach them. You can not expect to lose 10 pounds in two days; however you can expect to lose 10 pounds in one month.
3. Write Your Goals: It is important to put your goals on paper so that you can see them on a daily basis. Ensure that you have some long term and some short term goals so that you can see yourself accomplishing what it is that you desire.
4. Take Action: Regardless of how bad we want to reach our weight loss goals; nothing is going to happen without taking action. You can expect to lose weight if you never get off the couch and do some type of exercise routine.
